Our service focuses on interior window cleaning (the inside surfaces of the glass and frames). We do not routinely do exterior window cleaning, as that is often handled by dedicated exterior window cleaners with water-fed pole systems. However, if you have some ground-floor exterior windows that you need help with, we can certainly clean those from the outside while we are there, using traditional methods, upon request. For upper-floor exteriors, it’s usually best to hire a specialist external window cleaner. We’d be happy to recommend a good local window cleaner for the outside if you need one. By taking care of the inside glass while an external cleaner does the outside, you get a full window shine on both sides.

It depends on your environment and preferences. Many of our clients get their interior windows cleaned 1-2 times a year – often in spring and/or autumn – as part of a deep cleaning routine. If you live on a busy road (where a lot of dust gets inside) or have kids/pets that constantly touch or smudge windows, you might want it done more frequently, say every few months. However, it helps if you can remove any items from your window sills before we arrive (for example, plants, photo frames, or ornaments). Don’t worry about taking down normal curtains or drapes completely – we can work behind them if needed, and we’ll be careful not to get them wet. But if you have work or errands to run, you can trust our vetted team to carry out the job responsibly and lock up afterward if needed. Communication is key: we can always text or call when we’re finishing up so you know we’re done and your home is secure.
